The owner of  Giles Cottages, Batcombe wanted to convert the two cottages into one and the best way to achieve this was to add a stair turret to the rear of the two therefore combining them together to form one co-hesive home.

The cottages were surrounded by beautiful gardens and stunning views however they were dark inside so we were also tasked with maximising the light and enhacning the views. This was achieved with a large framless corner window on the stair turret with a skylight above as well as knocking through two opposing walls and installing two sets of bi-fold doors to bring the outside in.
