The owner of  Green Acre, Frome were recommended to us by Cooper and Tanner to develop a site to the rear of the property to maximise the value of the land.

It was decided that two distinct contemporary homes would be the best fit for the site working around the existing trees on the site (Most with TPO's attached) proved quite tricky but the outcome was a planning approval secured in 2019.
