As part of the master plan for Avonview House the coach house was converted into a 2 bedroom lukury holiday cottage.

The cottage was a former stable and coach house and many of the original features including stalls, troughs, stairs, were retained as part of the works.

The property is part of the grade II listed Avonview House.
