The owners of a property in Chapmnslade had a large detached garden and they were looking to maximise the site so we were recommended to them in order to help do this.

It was decided that two detached properties would achieve this and given their proximity set back from the high street it was felt that a contemporary design would sit comfortably on the site which was also agreed by the Local Authority Building Control body at Wiltshire Council when the properties were shortlisted for the LABC Awards 2018.
