Stage 1 - Initial Consultation

Visit site and give initial appraisal

Identification of client’s requirements and creation of initial brief

Report feasibility including Budget.
As a general rule we recommend £2,000m2 for new build/ extension costs and £1,000m2 for refurbishment works; however if your property is listed or you require a higher specification finish such as natural stone tiles to bathrooms, natural flooring finishes, under floor heating etc. then these costs can rise.

Advise on the need for other consultants and specialist works including:

Structural engineers, Quantity surveyors, Mechanical and electrical engineers, CDM co-ordinators, Planning Consultants, Interior Designers,
Topographical Site Surveys, Condition Surveys, 3D modelling, Flood Risk assessments, Arboricultural surveys, Historical surveys, Archaeological surveys, Ecological surveys, Drainage surveys, Party Wall Agreements, SAP Calculations
