We were approached by the owners of this period property to reconfigure their kitchen diner and add additional bedrooms above.

The clients were really open to adding a contemporary extension as a juxtaposition between the older property and the new extension.

The overhang roof was created to maximise the available space externally with a covered porch area and a new front entrance door.
