The home also consists of 4 bedrooms and a double garage with a workshop over (All in approximately 240m2)
Lower Keyford, Frome, Somerset
Completely refurbished single bedroom cottage set in the conservation area in Frome.
Consisting of a new kitchen and relocated bathroom to the first floor. The works uncovered an old Jacobean window with existing stone mullions which have been cleaned and now represent a fantastic feature in this wonderfully proportioned cottage.
With the cottage located in a conservation area every effort was made to enable the project to be true to its original form with new detailed timber casement windows, conservation roof lights and the use of lime render.
Ashlington House, Edington, Wiltshire
New Single garage and car-port with office space over and a new sun room and balcony set in beautiful village surroundings.
Consisting of a new Single garage with a store to the back and a new office space over the top. The new designs were based upon the original Arts and Crafts Design of the house and the styles of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Edwin Lutyens.
Due to local interest the project underwent much scrutiny from the local council which meant there was a lot of design detailing and project co-ordination involved.
Middle Stoke , Limpley Stoke, Bath
Single storey kitchen extension and internal alterations to form new bathroom layouts.
Consisting of a new single storey extension to accommodate a new modern kitchen design to compliment the original Jacobean house and amendments to the rest of the property which also consisted of some minor internal alterations to form a new bathroom and en-suite.
Being set in a conservation area just outside the world heritage city of Bath the project required natural Bath stone and traditional detailing too compliment the surrounding environment.
Short St , Chapmanslade, Wiltshire
New two Storey extension and complete refurbishment of existing 2 bedroom cottage.
Consisting of internal refurbishment and new extension to form a new Garden
room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom Suite and complete redecoration of the existing property.
Due to the location of the property, the project also included the added benefit of
having a new paved parking area to the rear, a Cloakroom and downstairs Washroom to form
a user friendly and comfortable family home.
