Industrial Unit, Isleport

A new build industrial unit shell done on a Design & Build contract where we were asked to create the necessary building control documents and drawings.

Built on a steel frame structure with an insulated panel cladding system the industrial unit has been structured so that it may be used as a single unit or divided into three seperate units within the building.

Downside School, Somerset

The creation of a new boys boarding house from the existing music centre at Downside School, Somerset.

Following the schools decision to become co-educational they had to undertake the required works to convert the existing music room into new boys boarding accommodation which forms a major part of the schools ongoing program of alterations and adaptations.

Barn Conversion, Somerset

AB Architectural Design Ltd. were asked to convert an existing storage barn into new office accommodation.

The Barn conversions are designed to incorporate all the necessary amenities required for the proposed development including the additional car parking and storage facilities required for the proposed offices.
