The homeowners tender package has been designed to help those clients who wish to proceed with a tendering process for their project to help them make the most of their budgets.

The homeowners tender package consists of:

  • Six full sets of fully annotated Tender drawings including notes detailing the methods of construction and materials to be used
  • A full schedule of works showing the project details from Demolitions/ Site Preparation to Internal Fit Outs
  • Six copies of the tender letter for you to fill in and post to the chosen contractors
  • A copy of the contract agreement letter
  • Minor Works Building Contract 05 from The JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal)
  • Guide to Tendering; To help you conduct your tender process more effectively

Please note that this service is also available if you already have drawings and local authority approvals.
