Homeowners Fees:

ABA Design have two packages available to homeowners; however if you wish to pick certain elements of each please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirments.

Our expenses include:

  • Additional Site Visits from £1.20 per mile + £65.00 per hour on site.
  • Additional A3 Prints colour £2.00
  • Additional A3 Prints B & W £0.30
  • Additional A4 Prints colour £1.50
  • Additional A4 Prints B & W £0.20

Our STANDARD PACKAGE enables homeowners to gain all the necessary permissions to proceed with their construction projects. (Recommended for projects up to £50,000) with prices starting from as little as 7% of the full construction costs the standard package is broken down as follows:

  • FREE Intitial Consultation*
  • Architectural Design
  • Planning Drawings
  • Building Regulations Drawings
  • Council Applications including all Forms & Letters
  • Any necessary Drawing Revisions
  • Council Re-submissions

 

Our PREMIUM PACKAGE is provided to help you gain the most from your project and offers a full Architectural Service with prices starting from 4% of the full construction cost it has all the benefits of the Standard Package plus:

  • Feasability Study
  • Full Tender Package
  • Working Drawing Package
  • Over seeing On-Site Administration

 

EXTRAS which may also be required for your project include:

  • Conservation Area Consents from 1 - 2% over the initial percentage charge
  • Listed Building Consents from 1 - 2% over the initial percentage charge
  • Party Wall Agreements from - £65.00 per hour
