Design Process:
ABA Design aim to produce a full set of design drawings including plans and elevations for client approval within four weeks of the initial survey.

Please NOTE that it takes between 3 to 6 months to obtain Planning and Building Regulations approvals from your local authority.
The Homeowners design process consists of the following stages:
- Initial FREE consultation*
- Measured dimensional surveys
- Development of design ideas for client Approval
- Submission of approved drawings to the Local Authority Planning department
- Submission of extra permissions including Conservation Area consent and Listed Buildings consent.
- Submission of detailed architectural drawings for Building Control approval
- Compile tender documentation for Homeowners Tender Package
- On site inspections and administration of the building contract
A full range of architectural graphics including: 2D colour elevations, Site Plans, 3D visualisations and animations are also available upon request.
