Building Regulations Fees vary according to the size and or cost of the project. Please Contact Us for further details.

Building regulations are required for all construction projects that contain 'Building Work' as defined under the building regulations requirements.

ABA Design can offer a full set of Building Regulations documents including:

  • Proposed Location and Site Plan
  • Proposed and Existing Plans, Elevations, Sections and proposed details
  • A Full set of Building Regulations notes
  • Building Control Application forms

Once completed these drawings are then submitted to the local authority or approved inspector along with the first Building Regulations Fee.

Upon starting works on site the building control inspector will inspect the works throughout the course of the project. Please NOTE: Following the initial on site inspection a second Building Regulations Fee will be payable.

Please NOTE: Our fees do NOT cover structural calculations and details which may be required for building control applications. We can however arrange for a structural engineer to provide a fee proposal based on your requirements.
