Planning Process:

ABA Design will investigate your site requirments and area planning constraints with the aim to produce a planning application to best suit your site.

Following client approval ABA Design aim to produce a full Planning Application in 14-28 days.

As with any Planning Application it takes between 2 to 3 months to obtain Planning approvals from your local authority.

ABA Design are able to offer a full Planning service to help you with your project including:

  • Proposed Location and Site Plan
  • Planning drawings including Proposed and Existing Plans and Elevations.
  • Planning Application forms
  • Revisions and Re-submissions where required

For an additional Fee we are also able to offer you proposed Artistic Representations of your project for Planning and Marketing purposes.
