ABA Design allow clients to pick certain elements of each phase of the works they wish us to complete on their behalf. Please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirments.

Our expenses include:

  • Additional Site Visits from £1.20 per mile + £65.00 per hour on site.
  • Additional A3 Prints colour £2.00
  • Additional A3 Prints B & W £0.30
  • Additional A4 Prints colour £1.50
  • Additional A4 Prints B & W £0.20

ABA Design offer Developer Packs for both New Build and Extensions/ Alterations which allow the client to choose a selection of our available services Including:

  • stage A Appraisal - Free within 30 miles of our offices.
  • stage B Strategic Brief from 5% of the overall fixed fee charge following the initial deposit of 10%
  • stage C Outline Proposals from 5% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage D Detailed Proposals (PLANNING) from 15% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage E Final Proposals from 10% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage F Production Information (BUILDING REG's) from 15% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage G Tendering Stage 1 from 10% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage H Tendering Stage 2 from 5% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage J Mobilisation from 5% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage K To Practical Completion from 15% of the overall fixed fee charge
  • stage L After Practical Completion from 5% of the overall fixed fee charge

    • Conservation Area Consents from 1 - 2% over the initial percentage charge

    Listed Building Consents from 1 - 2% over the initial percentage charge

    Party Wall Agreements from £65.00 per hour
