All our drawings can be supplied in Paper Format or Digital formats including PDF, CAD DWG or DXF

Should you have any specific CAD requirements then we would be more than happy to work with your drawing conventions including layering, plot styles and any other CAD procedures.

Our Building Regulations packages are fully annotated and are more than sufficient to obtain quotations and to build from. Our building regulations packages consist of:

  • Fully annotated drawing packages including:
  • Electrical layouts
  • Drainage Layouts
  • Floor and Roof Joists
  • Detailed Vertical sections through each element of the building
  • Spot Details
  • Specification Notes

We will also submit the applications and revise the drawings in accordance with any Building Inspectors requirements
